Introduction

It is the first political party based on liberalism that declared its existence on July 15, 2009 and entered the political and campaigning arena.

The Kurdistan Liberal Democratic Party is an independent party with the beliefs of human liberalism that believes in the right to self-determination and fights for the rights of the Kurdish people. We believe that the people of Kurdistan have the right to determine their own destiny alongside other nations and minorities and to act as an independent identity and continue their political life in a referendum with other nations within the framework of a federal and democratic Iran.

The Kurdistan Liberal Democratic Party has held eight conferences so far.
