For us Kurds, just as air is important for creatures in life, so is unity, solidarity and generally agreeing to protect the highest interests.
Every nation needs a congress and a high national body to gather its own votes, and the Kurds can try this delayed experience.
Therefore, in our view, what our people expect from us is the unity of the political forces and parties of East Kurdistan. Therefore, we, the political parties of East Kurdistan, sign this treaty for the sovereignty of the people And we will eat Kurdistan not to break this treaty.
1- We will work together for the sovereignty of the people and the country in East Kurdistan to achieve the right to self-determination based on the preservation of the geography and history of East Kurdistan.
2- We are against fratricidal warfare and we will not take up arms against our brothers in case of any disagreements. We will try to resolve the issues through dialogue, law and resolution. We will support any side that is attacked.
3. We will protect the interests of the people and the country and put them before the interests of the party until the establishment of a national and democratic government in the country.
4. Other geographical nations of Iran can join us in the struggle against the Islamic Republic of Iran, provided they recognize the sovereignty of the Kurdish people as a nation.
