This platform was presented by the Kurdistan Liberal Democratic Party to the eastern parties participating in the Kurdish Nation Congress, which was scheduled to be held in September 2013.
“Interim Council for East Kurdistan”
Pre-preliminary
In order to unite the Kurdish home, protect the forces and inform the public, we are presenting some of our new platforms to the Kurdish public. We hope that we can fill some of the gaps in Kurdish politics for East Kurdistan with our national ideas, and we hope that it will be warmly welcomed by the political forces and parties. For this purpose, we consider it necessary to establish an interim council
Although the Interim Council belongs to all the oppressed nations of Iran and those parties and nations that believe in the right to settle the problems of the oppressed nations in Iran and can be a problem-free alternative to the Islamic Republic Catch the repetition of our past mistakes. In other words, discussing the issues abroad and in a political center will prevent the repetition of the wasteful war of the Kurdish forces and will shorten the hands of the interests of the enemy's household among us. This means that we can both preserve our party position and resolve our outstanding issues
Preliminary:
In the event of any fundamental change in Iran, the Kurds must take the initiative, and this big step means that we must strengthen ourselves, lest we become like 1978-1979 again.
The Kurds can use their past experiences and not repeat the fatal mistakes of the past.
Three very obvious examples of the West, the South and the North are important for us East Kurds to understand
1. When the National Council was formed in Syria, seeing the unity of Kurdish ranks and the existence of a unified Kurdish council consisting of different parties, left no doubt for Kurdish public opinion, Syrian opposition and even the outside world.
2. In South Kurdistan, we saw the Kurdish strength and tested its level in two different stages.
In the first phase, which was the phase of the civil war, our forces lost to each other and to ourselves in a worse confrontation. In other words, instead of using force against foreign attacks and protecting our own security, we have destroyed our own security by force and at the same time we have taken away the trust of the Kurds and ourselves. That was a development that was not done very intensively in the first phase.
In the second phase, which was the phase of “national peace, dialogue and civil struggle”, significant progress was made. At the global and regional levels, the Kurds became a decisive character and they listened to our demands
3. In North Kurdistan, the Kurds were not taken into account until the early years of this century. The Turkish policy towards the Kurds was to kill guerrilla forces and conduct operations in the border areas, while imposing a difficult and unpleasant atmosphere on the Kurdish areas
We consider it necessary to resolve the internal problems at this sensitive time and establish an interim council to resolve the problems as follows. Because since the beginning of the new century and the emergence of great global changes, we have understood the political wisdom of foreign countries that they do not count on one side, one force or two, but count on the Kurds and their organizers
Five types of characters participating in the National Council of East Kurdistan:
The five types of participatory characters who work on council commissions and form committees can be as follows
1- Commission of Political Parties.
2. Commission of Independent Political and Cultural Personalities.
3. Commission of Kurdish Wealthy Owners in International Economic Organizations.
4. Commission of Civil, Environmental and Humanitarian Organizations
5. A military commission for all active and expert commanders who can activate the Kurdistan Army
Committees and councils can be these.
1. The leadership of the Interim Council – which is formed in accordance with the law and by elections among the institutions.
2. Diplomatic Committee – These people oversee the negotiations and represent the council for affairs abroad
3. Religious and Spiritual Committee – In order to prevent the infiltration of foreign parties that disagree with the Kurdish cause, the Fatwa and Spiritual Committee of the council should be established.
4- Legal Committee – To draft the laws of the Eastern Region and the laws of the council and its committees
5. Peace Committee – These people play a role in maintaining our internal unity
Obviously, in order to erase the fog between the institutions and build trust and assure the public opinion of Kurdistan and the east in particular, that the efforts are moving in a good direction They should mediate and be assigned separate seats in the committees. We will need these people especially in the peace committee and we can use their experience as advisors
